Payments
Please send cheques payable to Simply Special Designs for all orders.
We are looking to accepting Credit Card payments soon.
Full payment is required with orders for Table Decorations.
50% deposit is required to secure orders for Favours followed by payment of the other
50% when your products are ready for despatch - we will contact you with this date.
33% deposit is required to secure orders of Wedding Stationery followed by payment of
the remainder when your products are ready for despatch if only ordering invitations. If you are
placing an order for invitations and other matching pieces of stationery such as order of service,
menus etc you will pay a 33% deposit, 33% when invites are ready for despatch and then the
remainder of the bill when other items are ready for despatch. Please phone us if you are not
sure how this works.
Delivery
Please allow 2 weeks for delivery of Favours except for Sugar Craft Flowers (please see below).
You do not need to pay for delivery until the final payment is being made so please leave this
section blank on the order form when sending payment of deposit.We can deliver items within
10 miles of the Inverness area for free. Delivery by carrier or post can be arranged otherwise -
please phone to discuss costings.
Stationery orders will require printed proofs of wording etc to be sent out prior to the printing
and you will receive this within a week of placing the order. We aim to get the invitations printed
and delivered within 3 weeks after we receive confirmation of the text being right. Any remainder
stationery to be done is usually dealt with closer to your wedding so please contact us to discuss.
We can deliver stationery items within 10 miles of the Inverness area for free. Delivery by carrier
or post can be arranged otherwise - please phone to discuss costings. You do not need to pay for

Important information for Sugar Craft Delivery
We will need approx a month to make these as they are hand-made. We regret that because of
the delicacy of Sugar Craft Flowers they can only be delivered by ourselves so we only offer this
service to customers within the Highland mainland. Delivery is free up to 10 miles within Inverness
area and charged at 40p a mile thereafter. Please phone to discuss.
Sugar Craft decorations for cakes and table decorations will be delivered to your venue on the
day of your wedding. Please phone to discuss details.
